Where will your pets end up when you can no longer care for them? Have you made arrangements for someone to care for them, or for a family member to take them in?

We suggest you set a goal for the new year to have a plan for your beloved babies. It’s tough for senior humans to have to think about this, but even harder for the pets to be without a place to land.

Check out these three senior girls who need a soft place to spend their end years. “Tina” is a fluffy social girl, tan and white, who appears to be spayed and about seven years old. Her bff and possibly her sister is “Dreama,” tri-colored and about the same age, but we aren’t sure about her spay status.  Lastly is “Gina,” and we think Gina is closer to 12 to 14 years old based on the fact that she hardly has any teeth at all. These three girls came from the same household, and we would love to find homes for them, where they can retire and be loved as they were before they were brought to us. (Gina is in a foster home, because of her frail condition.)

if these faces don’t inspire you to make a plan for your retirement years, I don’t know what it would take.

And if you are inspired to help any of these girls by giving them a home, please start with an application found here on our website: www.friendsofcampbellcounty.org.
