We ask that the pets in your home be current with rabies vaccines, spay/neutered, and seen by a veterinarian for wellness.

CANDI is four to five months old and has had her vet exam and rabies shot and  is ready to be adopted.  She is house trained and enjoys lap time and attention.

She is learning to enjoy older kids and is fine with other dogs.

If you live outside our local adoption area of Campbell County, Lynchburg City, or counties touching Campbell County, and the pet you want to adopt is not spayed or neutered, special arrangements will need to be made for adoption.

While there is no fee for adoptions of animals held in the Campbell County Shelter, there is a fee for dogs and cats in foster care. The fees range from $75 to $300.
