UPDATE: Need a dog who respects your cat(s)? Here is a dog who appears to be cat-proofed! Meet Irvin, a handsome lab mix male who has been waiting at the shelter to be “discovered.” Irvin is a couple years old, and seems to need some work on his dog-interaction skills. We have introduced him to two male dogs with unpleasant results, so will attempt females since some dogs are more prone to liking one sex over the other. For a dog free family, Irvin would be an excellent companion and it’s possible he will learn to like other dogs. It's interesting to see how he ignores cats! (Watch his cat test video)
