Chocolate Labrador Retriever / Mixed (short coat) : : Female : : Adult : : Large
Sadie is a one and a half-year-old chocolate lab mix. She is crate trained, housetrained, great with kids we are told, and great with other dogs. She was given up by her family because of excessive barking that disturbed the neighbors, but since she's been in foster care with a fenced yard and not tied out, there's been no issue with barking. She is a lovely girl, although she is very strong when she walks on a leash. She does a nice sit while she waits for treats, and she loves human attention. We hope to find her a home as quickly as we can. If you were interested in adopting this beautiful girl, please start with an application. This pet has been posted by Friends of Campbell County Animal Control, Rustburg, VA. For questions about the pet, please email us at FOACinfo@gmail.com. All adoptions begin with an application, found under the "Animals" tab on our website, friendsofcampbellcounty.org. Please note that we do not promote dog adoptions to homes where an invisible fence is the fencing of choice, and we do not adopt unaltered pets outside our local area of Campbell County or counties touching Campbell.
